I was able to find the Walmart Halo 5 Axe gift sets, and picked up the cheaper of the two (which was 14.88 and included a small colored bag, the 19.88 set included a tote). The packaging for both (and the axe.com/halo5 website) both mention the pack including “a recon armor set,” but no other specifics. Redeeming my code got me the Recon BDA Armor set.
The terms of the promotion list the redemption as one per person. I was wondering if anyone else had either: A. redeemed an Axe code after already having either of the Recon BDA parts? or B. attempted to redeem multiple Axe codes on the same account.
I am just curious if multiple codes can be redeemed, and if so what may be included. I know the Recon Armor is popular (and certainly why I bought the Axe pack).
I bought it today and was really dissappointed. I put my codes in and got my promotional pack. Got a few ghosts and mongoose. That was it… started checking and I already had the recon BDA armor…
I thought I would get a different recon set, but was sadly mistaken. I would have gave my code to my wife who also plays if I knew that. Totally wasted…

That’s disappointing. It didn’t even give you any permanent REQs in place of the armor you already had.
I wonder if one would get similar results from redeeming a second code, or if they would simply be denied redemption (as the terms says one per person).

That sucks. There are small white plastic tabs (one by the zipper, one in the cardboard sleeve). If those were broken maybe someone opened it and took the code?
On the up side, I’m pretty sure you could return the thing to Walmart with no issues.
