Hi, I read that recon armour was available in Halo to everyone but I do not know how to receive it. I use the original Halo 3 not the MCC version if that helps
343i gave out Recon to everyone that had played before they gave it out on a specific date. I don’t think unlocking the VidMaster achievements will unlock Recon for you either anymore.
Sorry OP, but Recon is not available anymore via any means and hasn’t been for a number of years now
