After completing the Halo 4 campaign, i was not entirely sure on the entire storyline so read the wikia. Now i am baffled by only one event:
WHAT DID THE LIBRARIAN DO TO THE CHIEF AT THE END OF “RECLAIMER”?

speed up/changed his genes or something.
She unlocked the Genesong that gives him immunity to the Composers effect by accelerating Chiefs evolutionary road.
Here’s the simple version - She accelerated his evolution changing his genetic data making him different to the other humans on the station. He didn’t get vaporised as the composer was primed to the genetic data of ‘normal’ humans.
She made him immune to the promethean-knight-transformation-thingy. I belive that’s the official name for it.

Source? I’d like to read more about this.

I’ve read the Primordium and Silentium, I don’t remember reading anything about that. I haven’t read the Kilo trilogy series yet.
Changed his ‘metabolism’ I think.
She said he must embark on an evolutionary journey to defeat the Didact. She had placed a genesong in him a very long time ago(a millennia of planning she had said). But it had to be unlocked. But since the Chief’s descison approached more rapidly, she accelerated the genesong’s growth time, which made him immune to the Composer’s effect and God knows what.

Yeah that’s what I meant, lol. My bad, still lol’n.
Space magic.
And Deus Ex Machina.
Thanks everyone!

She installed the geas in all humans 100,000 years ago, so I don’t think it’s Space magic. Also, it didn’t solve anything so it isn’t a Deus Ex Machina.
I think you got confused with Mass Effect 3’s light boy.
i think you made him evolve more. or she made him mutate like the forerunners used to do
