Recieved flight invitation emails, but no message

I got the invite emails, but when I clicked the link to open Waypoint, I don’t have any messages in my inbox like it says to check for and my profile says I’m not even signed up for the Insider program (which I clearly remember doing a long time ago). Also, I can access the insider support site, but can’t see any of the KBAs. Should I file a support ticket or just give up? :frowning:
