recent content patch

did nothing , h2a is still unplayable, please refund my money

the lag spikes only got worse if anything. I am playing on 100 down 10 up this shouldnt be an issue

You won’t be able to get a refund from these forums I’m afraid, but if you contact Xbox Live support they should be able to help. As far as I know you are allowed to request a no-questions-asked refund at least once. Whether that means once in total or once a year, I can’t quite remember. XBL may direct you back here, but I would just contact them again. If you bought a physical copy though, rather than digital, you would have to contact your retailer as your contact is with them and not 343 / Microsoft :slight_smile:

As someone who creates a lot of custom content in Halo I feel somewhat obligated to be more patient than most about them fixing this game as I really do not want to walk away from it, but sadly I’m not too far away from throwing in the towel. The only things I really care about are customs and forge, and I’m somewhat optimistic about customs but pessimistic about what can be fixed for forge.
