my wife and I were banned from earning credits on reach. i would like to know as to why.
btw, it is -Yoink- you guys do not have a direct contact support. my wife and i play the same game types with my sister and brother in law. we are unable to cheat since i do not have the equipment for it.
i know a ton of people try to get out of their Ban. i want to know why we are banned, if it is just the account or our xbox, and if there is a way for someone to check into it.
I have a lot of respect and alot of fun in the halo games and universe.
i would like to see a reply asap, email, or even a phone call would be nice.
please do not make this a bad experience for me and my wife for she started playing halo reach a few months ago and no one wants to lose a fan over something so trivial.
