Receiving data after a match and lost req points

I do not know if this has been addressed already, so if it has please forgive the repeat thread. I had to know does anyone have a solution to what just happened to me. Just played a game of warzone assault and had a ultra rare to boost card on.

We won and when it came to show the after action report all any of us got was a retrieving data loading screen followed by couldn’t retrieve data. I go into my req points thinking oh well I’ll atleast see how many I got and yet I received nothing, no req points from the match at all. Not even the req points one would receive from a Normal match.

So am I too understand those points whatever they may have been are gone forever? This is extremely frustrating to say the least. The match I played right after that… Those points are there but not the previous matches. Anyone know why?

Wow that happened to me today I played a match of warzone and it said it couldn’t retrieve my data cuz it encountered an error and it didn’t give the REQ points for the match I’m like wow all that for nothing.

It’s due to sever stress, not sure if you’ll get your REQ points or not though. Hate when that happens.

Same thing just happened to me. Won the game by a sliver, lots of fun, was MVP for the match.

What did I get? Nothing.

No XP.
No REQ points.
No daily win pack.

Such BS, it should cache the data locally in case this happens…

when this happens you still get your points, you just have to wait like 2 mins for the sever to catch up and distribute the points.
