Received War REQs when should have received Arena?

Hi,

I purchased the Arena REQ bundle last week, Monday, and input the code into my Xbox Live account. I received the 2 Arena Premium REQ packs immediately, all good. I also purchased the Warzone REQ bundle last week, Friday, as I had never purchased it before. I also opened the 2 Warzone REQ packs that came up on Friday. I logged in today to check my Arena REQ packs, but instead I received 2 Warzone REQ packs.

Am I missing something or was there some sort of error?

When you get the Warzone/Arena premium packs (aside from the initial purchase) isn’t dictated by when you bought it. The packs are released on a weekly schedule. Classically, Warzone packs come out on Monday. I haven’t bought the Arena pack, but I’ve heard testimonies that they release on Tuesday. It could also be that they could come out later today. I would wait and check back in to Halo later in the day and tomorrow to see if the Arena packs show up.

Got it. Thanks for the answer. I checked back just now and I did receive the Arena packs today, as well. Looks like they release on Monday for me.
