I was wondering if it was normal to receive just a Microsoft Store invite to the 3rd test but not a key or invite for the steam build.
It makes sense though to have some players use Steam and others use the Microsoft Store by separating them, but I wanted to know if others are the same.
Yes, that was the case with a lot of people (myself included). It’s perfectly normal to get one or the other even if you’ve linked your Steam account.
If you have an MS Store invite you won’t receive a Steam one, and vice versa.
But would both be able to play with each other and etc? Quite a bummer if you wanted a steam version and you receive a Microsoft Store one.

Yes, crossplay is enabled for this flight so users of both platforms can play together.
