Received Message about 1 free month xbox live gold

On the 02/20/2015 I received a message saying I would be getting a 1 month gold subscription as a thankyou for my support for Halo.

I received the message, but am still yet to receive the code for the subscription.

I contacted the xbox support guys and they linked me to this page for some help.

anyone?

If you recieved the message, then it will hit your account but there is no eta on how long that will take. It may be that it has already hit your account rather then it being a code sent out. Check the FAQ I posted in the main MCC forums for more details on how to check.
