Received invite email but have no code or messages

I received an email saying I was invited to the “Halo Infinite - Multiplayer Technical Preview”, however when I sign in I have no messages or indications of any kind that I am part of the flight. Am I missing something? The email said to check my private messages but there are none! Any help would be nice, I was really excited to participate.

If you’re on Xbox, all you need to do is go to the xbox insider hub app and select Halo Infinite

Same issue here. Invited on Windows 10 but no further communication. I have tried contacting Microsoft/Xbox support and nobody really seems to know what has happened. I was told I may need to wait 72 hours which is less than useful unfortunately.

Rather unfortunately, and with egg on my face, I have to admit I was the issue and have access now.

I have signed up for it on PC. Unfortunately, I had signed up to Insider with an old Windows Live email address and set the preferred email address to my new one.

This means the invite was sent to my new email address and live account, but the access, code and private messages were only sent to my old Windows Live account. If anyone has possibly made the same mistake, hopefully this will help. Oops. Lol.

Least u figured it out thats whats most important so u are set to go for upcoming flights.

Oh my god… I think I made a huge mistake and I just realised it while reading this thread, I opted in for both PC and Console flighting apparently, I think they gave me the console flight but I haven’t plugged in that old Xbox One in years and I wanted to test on PC. Not sure if there is anything I can do about this, just opted out of the console flighting right now.
