In an imaginary world with a lame halo 4, 343i made it so all people disappointed with this abomination (99% of the real halo community) could get a full refund for their troubles. Everyone ready to jump on the Destiny bandwagon?
Halo 4 gameplay videos existed before the game even came out.
People should have had a general idea of what the game was going to be like.
Im a real Halo community member and despite some disappointments with Halo 4, I have had a lot of fun and got far more then my 55$ worth.
Considering the new platform and increased amount of experience of 343 with the community and the Halo franchise, Im expecting great things from them with the next installment.
Regarding the videos, that doesn’t really help much. I was psyched for it till i got my hands on it. The videos don’t tell you how bad a game us going to suck. Just gna show you it works. Not worth my $60

If I can get an hour for every dollar it costs me to buy a game I consider it to be easily worth my money.

looking at halo 4 and looking back at what halo used to be its extremely disappointing. i can go back to halo 3 even today and have fun, i cant see myself coming back to halo 4 in 1,2,or 3 years from now. its sad though, halo used to define the Xbox from the original Xbox. now its just “meh”
In this imaginary world of yours, do Halo fans remain fans even in when the latest installment isn’t a generational blockbuster?
Destiny isn’t going to be anything like Halo… it looks like a Firefight/Ops style game, where other gamers are your teammates and you fight computerized enemies. No matching up against other players… (please let me know if I misunderstand).
I’m excited for Destiny, but this whole binary Halo/Destiny thing doesn’t have legs. You might disagree but I think Halo 4 is a very enjoyable game.
oh yes i disagree very much so. i was a HUGE halo fan. i couldn’t care less if it was block buster or not. I’m disappointed with the gameplay. its some sick CoD/Halo hybrid.

After Armor Lock, the Bubble Shield, Bloom, Regenerator, Jetpack, BR spread, nerfing the Pistol, AR starts on Valhalla, shield doors, and everything else they made, I don’t trust Bungie with multiplayer anymore.
