From what iv seen its about 4 spartan kills per 1 rec but if your on the losing team it seems to get up to like 6-8 can anyone help me figure out how the rec system worksand if the amount of point captured matters in how fast they fill?
In a nutshell: Level up via killing NPC enemies and bosses, enemy Spartans, and capturing bases. The energy bar fills on a flat rate, nothing increases the rate, nor decreases the rate. Higher levels mean you have to kill more enemies/capture more bases to level up, capping at 9. It’s just generally harder to level up when you’re on the losing team as usually you would be down a base, meaning more enemy presence amongst the middle point and more distance between you and bosses.

Ya just gotta kill enemy Spartans, cap bases, and take down bosses to have your req meter fill
