Reasonable Compensation

Ok Folks, A lot of people are complaining, and justifiably so, but some of the claims are simply getting a litter over the top.

However, I am in complete agreement that everyone who has purchased the game already deserves some form of compensation.
I paid $60 for a full working game. I did not receive my product. I did not pay $60 to have a full working game after Nov 11, I paid for it on Nov 11th, as it was promised.
If you purchase materials from a business and agree to have them delivered by a certain date and they are not, compensation is considered.

I suggest the easiest, most practical way this occurs is through a simple credit onto our online accounts. Any account attempting to register a matchmaking game with the first week should be refunded $10.

That is a just amount that we are due, and reasonable from 343 studios POV. We can’t demand full refunds, they will go bankrupt.

But they do deserve to take a hit for this. A big one. They need to learn to live up to their promises, or go bankrupt. This will only occur if enough of us can band together, but I feel it is easily just.

I paid for something that I did not receive. It is a simple as that. Even if I receive it at a future date.

Dealing directly with money gets a little messy and I don’t think would ever happen. I think a better idea would be to give a code for a free DLC map pack on either MCC (If they come out with DLC) or Halo 5. Roughly $10-15 and something most halo fans are going to buy, so it has the same effect as what you are stating but without the complications of a financial transaction.

Interesting. I received my MCC, I’ve played it solo and multiplayer… You haven’t received your copy yet?
