Anytime I spawn in or boost in a vehicle I get a weird screen glitch and I can’t see anything that’s going on.

You can go to xboxdvr.com and enter your gamertag there. Once you do so, you should be able to copy and paste the URL to the video here, assuming the clip you captured using your Xbox has been uploaded to Xbox Live.
