Anyone else notice how they said that all eligible players have got their codes, and yet there are those of us who never did?
Seriously, I’ve been playing since midnight release, live in the US, and am over 17 and yet I still haven’t got one. And I have seen many others who have the same problem.
I was giving 343 the benefit of the doubt, but if they can’t even get a simple unlock code distribution right, how can we expect them to get any future Halo games right?
Oh, come on, still complaining? pass over it, you lost nothing, this code wasn’t part of the game you bought, it was just an extra for some players. Who got it was lucky, who didn’t… well, changed nothing, they have everything they paid for.
Me, My wife, My best friend, 6 co-works, 7 cousins, 3 uncle’s, and my wifes friends husband ALL got our codes delivered to the email address that our xbox live accounts are set up with. It didn’t go to example@NotMyLiveEmailAddress.com. Make sure that you are checking the correct email, and that you are checking your spam filters. They can see who they sent to AND if it was delivered successfully.
Oh the wonderful joys, tips and tricks of being a tech who knows what they are doing. I work in a tech support job dealing with all sorts of issues the number 1 being email. 90% of the issues are operator error 9% is their ignorance and 1% is actual issues.
Technically it IS part of the game, they just locked it for players who didn’t input a code. And it isn’t the fact that I didn’t get it. It’s the fact that they can’t even get sending them out right. Shouldn’t they…oh I don’t know…know that their systems actually work before promising something like this?

If you think you have a legitimate issue, and you’ve exhausted every other avenue, here’s one possibility:
I apologize (partially) 343. I JUST got my code today (yes, this late). So I apologize for that. I don’t apologize 100% though cause my friend got a code that whenever he uses it says it is invalid
