Hello Waypoint!
I am a film maker, a gamer and a huge Halo fan. Naturally, I have decided to make a mocumentary about Halo and numerouys gamers as well as my own experiences with this game and the community. Currently I am looking for community support to get the word out about the film but before I can do that, I need to find volunteers who are willing to tape themselves explaining how they first came across Halo and what the game means to them. These videos, if you are willing to submit one, should be 10 to 20 minutes long and should answer the question: “How do you Halo?”. Do you do it with friends over LIVE? Do you play alone? Do you custom game it up or do you stick to MLG and more challenging playlists. Are you just a gamer or do you appreciate the story? Do you follow the series and make armor? How does Halo fit into your life and routine as a person? If you answer and you go over twenty minutes, that’s fine, just try to fill it with as much info about Halo’s meaning in your life as possible.
The film will be called “Source of Echoes” and will be a doc/mocumentary following me, as I dress up as an ODST and set out on a journey to find people in the community and ultimately, find my own XBOX LIVE friends who I have known for 5 years and have grown very close to bonding over Halo all this time.
