From what I’ve read I think it would be more effective if they gave choice. Because if they reactivate it then I’ll struggle to get any games at all.
I think there might be an update coming that will address issues like this… Selectable Servers might just be the answer! Hang in there man lets see what is to come of this…

Having a choice to select what server you play on is the most logical choice there is. Why this was over looked is beyond me. By not having this one little feature has caused a lot of heartache for many players. We want to make the Halo community stronger and draw more people in… In its current form its doing just the opposite. Lets hope good things are to come!
I completely agree. It’s terrific people can get Breakout/Warzone Assault and FFA games now don’t get me wrong, but those that don’t think the lag effects them, or sees it as an extra challenge are delusional. Especially playing a fair amount of Slayer and Team Arena, If you’re coming up against someone of a similar skill level to you, you have absolutely no chance of beating them and it’s absurd to say otherwise.
A functional server selection option would be terrific, and should have been implemented from the start of the game, not 6 months into its life span. If it doesn’t arrive soon, as you said a lot of people are going to be lost to this otherwise great game.
Fingers crossed. Didn’t help that BTB and forge weren’t out at launch

Wait so your saying you have near 1000ms latency? I doubt it would even be playable then??.

Don’t know what modes you were playing but unless it was Warzone Assault and FFA then myaelf and 99% of other Aussies/NZers rarely had trouble finding games for the of majority of playlists at normal hours.
