Remember how great teammate spawning was in Halo: Reach? Well, personally I thought it was one of the greatest parts about the game. How often do you roam a warzone map or big team battle map looking for a player to hop in your warthog with you? How often do you complain about the spawns? How often you you feel like it is taking to long to travel from one place to another? The ability to spawn of your teammate would solve ALL of these issues in the game, while making the game feel like it is even more fast paced. I think if Halo 5 split players into groups of 3 (for warzone) or groups of 2 (for social arena), the multiplayer experience would be better. However, game modes like Grifball, shouldn’t have Teammate spawning. I would love to know what you guys think. Would it be a welcome addition? How would it affect the gameplay?
EDIT: This would be a great mechanic for Warzone: Firefight too
Really? Teammate spawning one of the best things about Halo: Reach? No, I wouldn’t consider it a welcome addition to Halo 5. It did fit in Halo Reach but only in your common game modes like Slayer but modes like griffball, SWAT, etc all suffered from it. In my experience it was always better to spawn at the standard spawn point to avoid being spawn killed all the time.

You are correct, Teammate Spawn wouldn’t work for Grifball. But, i would be great for Warzone, BTB, and Slayer. What do you Think?
I hated shooting at someone then randomly watching them perform mitosis and dying from it.

What??
Oh Spawning-on-your-bro, how I miss you.
Wingman spawning from Invasion might actually not be a bad idea in Warzone, it could help get your team out of a spawntrap or help warthog drivers like me when your gunner gets blasted out.
I can see this for warzone and/or BTB

I think it would work in Warzone but I would want it to stay out of anything else.

That’s awesome, hilarious!

Nope, explain please.

Mitosis = process of a cell splitting in two (multiplying). He’s saying that he didn’t like when he’d be shooting at someone, but then someone spawned in (as if the target just split in two). This would leave him outnumbered, double teamed, and then killed because of it. Lol.

Ok. I understand what he means now, thanks. Maybe if this idea was implemented in the game, there could be a proximity limit that could solve this.
As for the mitosis spawning, I never really experienced it in Reach and on the rare occasion I did, I would be able to finish off the player I was shooting at and easily get in cover before the 2nd guy could take me out. But for the most part it wouldn’t let you spawn until it was completely safe
I think there is bro spawning still, but it’s not weighted as much as it used to be. I also don’t like it in Warzone. Nothing worse than picking an armory only to be spawned by a teammate that is going off a lone journey 500 feet from the base you picked.
Great I idea. Get it together 343, bring this back
team mate spawning or the “buddy system” should only be in warzone

Me neither. I think if don like Reach’s, that wouldn’t be a problem.

Exactly.
