Reached level 70 but didnt get the level 70 pack

So i hit level 70 last night but didnt get the promotion pack so now i am missing the oni emblem and i am currently level 72

I believe there is an issue with REQ packs that are earned through ranks and commendations. Many players are having similar problems.

That’s odd, there have been a couple of posts in the last hour, but yours happened last night. Did you get packs for 71 and 72?
