So i just started to play Reach again and i see the server issues and low FPS, but there are stuff that i dont understand, please if anyone knows the answer tell me:
- I preordered the game back in 2010 and i really liked the preorder recon helmet variant and that exclusive Elite version, can i somehow use them on XONE too?
- I remember there were an option to choose some kind of logo that will appear after the username such as an assault rifle icon for beta testers and such, i have the bungie text equipped, how can i change it? I cant change it on Bungie.net anymore…

Nameplates got a reset some time ago, so like even if you were rocking one at some point in 2010/2011, you may not have it now. I think when Bungie handed the keys over, you had to go back and re-place the nameplate onto your profile. It’s not possible to put one on anymore.

you still have them i still have my all star nameplate it was the ability to change them/get them that was removed if you have one now you will have it until the servers get shut down.

Right. And you actually have it offline too I believe, so it’s yours regardless of servers.

that isn’t the case with the bungie one after one offline match its off you until you get back online i should know because i was helping a friend get to mythic while he was grounded and i was helping him but i got kicked off live because my isp decided you know what lets turn off the internet for 1 day and 3 hours for this street. but it didn’t annoy me because i was addicted to making forge maps at that time. so i was using his account to forge and after i was done forging i decided to test it and i realized that his eternal and nameplate were gone.

Issues like these should’ve been addressed to Monitors and higher reps in order to look into it. However nameplates are intended to stay with the player, many players still have the nameplates & a select few have blue flames aswell.

Hm i guess then on XONE the limited edition and preorder stuff are locked in my country (hate regio block, it has no point)… So i guess i cant get them in Hungary on One 
I see well i wish i would changed it to the Halo 3 nameplate back in the date!
And btw i have no clue why but i still have the blue faming helmet, but no elite officer and no recon variant…
Update: i changed my location to US on xbox.com but im still unable to download it… I have no idea why i cant download these stuff
