My original halo reach service record is gone and it says I haven’t played the game even though I just loaded up the backwards compatible Xbox 360 version and double checked and saw them. Soo is there any way this can be fixed?
Have you changed your gamertag? If yes, your service record is out of sync.
> You’ll need to boot the games up again and play something. This can either be campaign, multiplayer, forge, etc, - playing the backwards compatible version of a game should also work.
> Halo 2 is the only game that cannot be fixed using this method as the servers are no longer active to sync with.
> Edit: Some players have been able to confirm that you do not need Xbox Live Gold in order to successfully sync stats
