I’ll be honest here, this is a very small complaint but its something I feel I am entitled to…My Service Record. ive been playing halo since Halo 3, well when reach came out i fell in love. I amassed a very nice career in it and thoroughly enjoyed it. well when halo 4 came out i was all types of excited and played it non stop. well after leaving for the military, getting a new console and a nice new name to make myself feel fresh again i got the MCC and i went to go check my stats and now it says i only have halo 4 and never played halo 3 or Reach. i clearly have a record as seen here under my previous gamertag (http://legacy.halotracker.com/Reach/ReachStats.aspx?Gamertag=TigerTrack94 ). ive tried to find a way to contact 343i but i cant find a way so this is my last resort. and idk if anyone else has this problem but im just trying to Reach out and find some sort of answer. thats it.
So, to be clear, you’re wanting stats from your old gamertag to be brought over to your new one, correct?
If that’s the case, it won’t happen. That’s something they don’t have control over and can get really messy really quick.
