Reach Service Record Wiped?

Hi,

I’ve been trying to look at my Halo Reach service record but it says I haven’t played it yet… but I have. I played it A LOT. I’m wondering if this has happened to multiple people or if it got wiped for some reason? I did change my email and gamertag…could that have something to do with it?

Yes, your stats need to sync up. Just play some multiplayer or a campaign mission (while connected to Xbox live), and your stats should come back.
