So will Reach on Xbox One use your original service record and game from Reach with it? Or will it just be like starting all over again? Like you can look up all your Reach stats on halowaypoint.com. It would be awesome if it just used that.

Everything you have in Reach will transfer, including your DLC. If you have any game saves, you’ll want to put them into your cloud storage so you can access them 
You are basically playing Reach like you would on your 360. Added benefit is if you’re on the X1 and your friends are on 360 you will still be able to play with them
