Are the servers down or something because I have Xbox live and it says I’m still playing on local and in the network settings it only gives me the offline settings (local and system link) and all my commendations and armor says 0%.

The servers haven’t been working correctly for about 8 months now…recently I have been coming across players that appear as recruits yet have thousands of kills logged in their stats. I’d say you’re an unfortunate victim of 343’s complete lack of care at maintaining the legacy games. There are other posts about this too recently so you’re not alone. I played a few games of FF a couple hours ago and was fine, this could also be just a temporary thing that will rectify itself shortly.

Well the thing is I played just yesterday and everything was fine

And I played earlier today. The servers are NOT fine I assure you, they simply sometimes actually manage to configure full games somehow. Trust me on this. As for your issue if you log back on later you should find that your rank and commendations return to normal.
I am having issues connecting to Live through the 360 version of Reach but I am connected to Live via Xbone? This has been an issue for the last two days, what is going on and why can’t I play with my friends?

Uninstall it the install it back
There looks to be some issues with Reach at the moment including matchmaking services and the ability to pull information / stats from your profile. As we have multiple topics open for this right now I’m re-directing to a central topic that can be used to keep track of things:
