hello,
my kills,deaths,wins and number of games completed are not updating in the game’s service record or waypoint.
commendations,emblems,service tags and ranks are still getting updated.
please help.

Same here.
I posted a topic on this aswell I have no idea why this is happening and it’s making me a bit frustrated. I’m able to rank up and get credits but it’s making me angry when I can’t see my kills going up and my wins.
I don’t know if you’ve noticed but spartan modules are not getting updated as well, on waypoint.
isn’t it early for this to happen?
I mean halo reach still has a lot of players, approximately between 10-20 thousand.
halo 2’s servers got shot down after 6 years so this should happen like in 2016 but not now.
I don’t want to get to max rank with only 8900 kills.
Please Fix this.
Spartan models wont update, 343i shut that off 8/1/14.
But as for stats not updating im having the same issue. Hopefully its just a bug and they didnt shut it down.

As i mentioned to SPIRIT 5150 on his thread, it is an known topic: Halo Reach Stats No Longer Recorded. I responded that I learned about it this morning and that it maybe a glitch, and that the only thing that was decommissioned was the Spartan Images. The stats should still be up and running, however, I alerted Bravo of the problem and awaiting his reply. So there’s no need to worry

ok, but just one more question.
will the stats from the past few days get counted toward our stats or it starts getting counted from whenever the issue is fixed?
