I was playing co-op with some mates last night and if we were to die while somebody took off for the next building often we would respawn midair to fall to our deaths. this also happened with elevators not being there makes you instantly fall on the spot where the elevator should have been. I have no idea if this was a known issue so I decided to post it here.
