So I recently bought the Memories of Reach pack and I was hoping to get Jorge’s armor but all I got was emiles helmet, the vengeance stance, and Jorge’s emblem. I think this is really stupid that I buy a 10 dollar Reach pack (I didn’t have enough req points) for the armor I have craved for so long just to be dissapointed. So I was wondering if there was anyway I could contact the people that work on halo 5 and ask them if I could trade the emblem and stance for something I actually wanted. (I don’t want any people telling me that I’m a big baby for doing this. I wasted 10 dollars for a stance and emblem I didn’t want.)
You cannot trade/refund REQ packs. The Reach Pack has several items that it can unlock, and what you actually get are randomly selected from the qualifying items that you don’t yet own. Like everyone else, you are at the mercy of RNG. This means that you won’t necessarily get the items you really want from a particular pack. This is why the pack has a disclaimer that it takes 7 packs to get everything.
It is worth noting that all the Reach armor is in the general REQ pool, which means if you open enough Gold packs, eventually you will get every piece of Reach armor.
