Reach or MCC? Which one would be better?

I want to get MCC because of the campaigns but Halo Reach is one awesome game that I want as well. I hear MCC is still broken so should I get Reach?

Reach is cheap now no? I’d go with reach MCC is still kinda slow

It’s what you prefer honestly. Overall the MCC matchmaking is working to a degree (I have no issues finding matches), and you have five campaigns as well as Spartan ops and forge for H3, H4 and H2A.

Reach isn’t bad, but you’ll need to buy the DLC for it.

I’d go with the MCC just for the sake of it having way more content and playability compared to Reach, but honestly both are relatively cheap at this point so you could get both.

MCC has the most substance if you’re looking for a single-player experience. The multiplayer is very varied though due to lack of players in playlists.

There were still about 10K people playing Reach online when I was on last, which was last week.

Halo: Reach is way better. MCC is a broken mess; it’s good for the Halo 2: Anniversary campaign, and that’s about it. Halo: Reach is a finished game, and provides more content than any other Halo game out there. Whether it’s Campaign, Firefight, Multiplayer, or Forge that you’re in to, Halo: Reach has it.

Just don’t bother buying any of the DLC. You’ll never get to play any of it; not unless 343i makes the Reach DLC free for everyone like we’ve been asking.

Honestly, being an S-III from Reach my answer is obvious, Reach is an amazing choice for the two Games, however, MCC in my experience plays all it’s Campaigns very smoothly, so it is up to you.

If money is an issue, I’m pretty sure you can get a code online for like $8 (MCC). I would recommend getting both if possible.

Reach is way better than the MCC by a long shot. MCC has really slow matchmaking compared to Reach which has a bigger player base and better matchmaking.
