I have been unable to get Reach’s online co op campaign to work on Xbox One. Nothing I have tried works for getting friends into the party. Has anyone else been able to get it to work?

You have to go into the Xbox 360 guide menu, and invite your friends to an Xbox 360 Live party.
To go into the Xbox 360 menu, press the “view” and “menu” buttons (to either side of the Xbox One Guide button) at the same time.
Go to your guide by pressing the back and start button at the same time. Select the friend you want to play with, and send them a game invite.
