Reach Not Rewarding Season Points evenly

So I’ve been on a bit of a grind and managed to get to colonel at around 1.4 million xp with 24 unlocks so far on the season pass. But as it turns out, my mate who is exactly the same rank as me is 1 season point/armour unlock in front of me. This is unimaginably annoying for an avid unlock freak and I can’t seem to find any answer or solution to this. HELP PLEASE!

we both have almost exactly the same xp and the same rank as stated above and we can’t for the life of us figure out how he is 1 unlock in front.

Same boat here. Low key putting me off playing because the thought of getting to 100 and not being able to unlock the Haunted helmet and blue flames is real.

Reached out to support and they said they would get back to me shortly but its been a day and I haven’t heard anything since.
