I purchased the DLC for reach for the Master Chief collection back in November. I have not received access to set content the last 6 months.
I spoke to a Miscrosoft Store associate about two months ago about having this resolved, they told me I needed to contact 343 Studios.The purchase can be seen on the Online store, but through the console’s store, as well as in-game, it is asking to purchase again.It isn’t a hard fix, but, being that most have been stuck indoors for almost 2 months now, this is a bit trying.
I was advised that post it here and perhaps it will be address.
