They can’t unfortunately, that aspect of Reach was never passed from Bungie to 343 and was lost when Bungie updated their website for Destiny. If you have a nameplate and flames you should still be able to use them, otherwise you’re out of luck. They won’t be given out again
You cant get eternal flames, if you didn’t get them by 7-7-11.
