I would really like to get Reach mod tool. nothing new about it ?
It should be made available in a summer update. Very little else is known at this point

At the very least there’s supposed to be an MCC update by the end of the summer. We’ll find out then if they release the Reach Mod tools with that update or if they just provide us with more information on the Reach, 4, and H2A mod tools.
They’re also working on steam workshop. That’s the thing I’m really looking forward too.
Really wish theyd release them. I got a new pc just after the last seasonal update and now all the mods I want to try are broken until the tools release.
They will, its just taking time because I believe the tools for Reach were significantly different due to an updated framework from previous Halo titles.
Better they take their time and get it right than release something as awful as the tools for Halo 2’s Original Vista release.
