Has anyone heard if the booting problem will be addressed at all for this game or are we stuck with it. If H4 doesnt address the problems reach has I will probably not buy it. By problems I mean not just the booting issue but the horrible title updates, paying for dlc map packs and never getting to use them now, etc. Seems to me like 343 isn’t concerned what the community likes or dislike’s. They just do their own thing regardless. It’s a shame.
The booting ‘problem’ won’t be fixed, not for Halo: Reach.
Also, the Title Update was not global, it is only applied to the playlists under the Evolved category, if you don’t want to play those settings, play the playlists in the Standard category.
The DLC packs show up in all playlists, but not as common as other maps as all players need to have the DLC downloaded.
Also, the Title Update settings are a result of direct feedback from the community, people wanted different bloom variations, they got it, removal of the Sword Block, they got it, bleedthough (although not in TU gametypes in Matchmaking any more), they got it, nerfed AL & Camo, they got it.
The Squad DLC returned on a trial period, 343i were watching its population, if it was low, it was going to be removed in the end, and in the end, it had a horrible population, so it was removed.
LOL. doesn’t matter which forum you’re on there is always someone raging about inconsequential things and how they’re not going to get the next game. If these things really stand in your way that’s just silly and not to be mean but how big of a Halo fan are you really then? Even if we get mad with MP we still all love the campaign and story.

Its funny i was about to say the same exact thing.
what typ of booting issues are you talking about? Are people starting to host boost a ton like in H3 or are the servers just unstable?
i don’t care about the overall story or campaign…the only thing missing about halo multiplayer is cortana shaking her -Yoink- every time I get a triple kill.
