What? Reach graphics aren’t as good as Halo 3? Have you seen the human faces in Halo 3?

> I wouldn’t say that they necessarily don’t want to bother with it (just look at the effort that went into CEA.) More likely they’re too afraid of the backlash that fixing a broken game would find itself confronted with as you rob kids of the short-cutted gameplay Bungie originally Yoink! us over with which the little idiots have grown dependent on.

> But that’s the way of waiting a whole Yoink! year to patch the game. Even the more egregious -Yoink!- (the banshee’s fuel rod gun) becomes unassailable only because most of the people left have become accustomed to it’s filth, and would rather put up with more than adjust themselves yet again.
You know, the exact same thing could be said for people who’ve grown dependent on Halo 3, and they can’t adapt to the new Reach rules.

Just get rid of Armor Lock, Jetpack can add a good element to the game maps, Active Camo isn’t annoying like armor lock, the hologram is only bad if you don’t pay attention and is clever, evade is a nifty sprint, and no one uses bubble shield
3 users thanked OP for this useful post… xD
Just kidding. The game could be the best Halo. It is content wise. But gameplay…I dont know. It’s more like meehw, than yaaay.
Not only is it the worst game in Halo history. It’s not even a part of the main trilogy, making both your statements incredibly flawed.
OP is going to get trolled by the blind-Reach haters for this…
I don’t agree. HCE(A) and H2 are the best in the series as far as I’m concerned. But Reach isn’t the clusterf— people make it out to be. Reach can not be called a bad game from any objective perspective. It may not be up to peoples liking. It’s community might be low because the mainstreamers jumped on the CoD/MW bandwagon in the 3 years between H3 and Reach. It’s not the best Halo ever made. But it’s not a bad game.
It did numerous things right, but ultimatly got messed up by a handfull of things like Bloom, AA’s, underwhelming story and bad map design.
Personally I enjoyed it far better than I did H3…which is the worst Halo in the series in my opinion.
Overall, I would rank Reach below (well below) H2 and CE(A), but firmly above H3…it’s definatly not the best Halo. It is the most complete package however, it has the best graphics, it’s features are impressive, Forge is great, integration with B.net/Waypoint is leading in the industry and there are many other things in which Reach is in fact better than the other Halos. But as a whole: just a good Halo game, and not the best.

I see what you did there.

It’s the truth.
listen you have played verry verry little of halo 1 2 or 3 so your statement is comprimised.
lol, no. Actually it isn’t even part of the trilogy.
and still no it’s probably the worst, Anniversary is the only reason why I got to Hero.
You don’t understand balance. Balance is Halo is achieved via a skill-to-use vs effectiveness trade-off. Therefore, the difficult to use but weak DMR is underpowered, whereas the less skillful guns are overpowered.
I disagree. It’s great to see that there are still die hard fans of Reach out there, but I have to agree the game has gotten much more attention since 343i has taken over.
Well im glad you like it, because the only thing keeping me playing it is Anniversary settings even when they royally screwed up the pistol with bloom and a short clip.
