Both yesterday and today I have found Halo Reach not working for me at all. Things like playing campaign or forge; where it says I have no campaign data and it wont let me open or start a new forge map. When I try matchmaking it fails to load maps until I get kicked from the game. I am wondering if this is happening to anyone else, or if someone knows a contact email address I can get answers from.
Do you have Reach installed on your Xbox’s hard-drive?
My Reach is the same, i finished the campain in all levels in solo and co-op but it says i have done nothing. My armour, colour and god knows what else are missing. Does this mean 18 months of playing goes down the drain. Can anyone shed some light on the problem?
Yes,you should install Reach On your Hard Drive(of course you will still have to use the disc)that should fix the problem.If not there must be something really wrong with it.
All my games are on the HD, Xbox live and microsoft seem to have no idea what the problem is. Also i get an error code 807b01f7 at the start up of the console. I have just signed up for and down loaded the BETA program, this may have something to do with it.

My guess is its a driver problem. Trust me, i deal with MS computers at my job.

Google says it might be your connection, but if you’re recently in the BETA program, that could also be a potential cause.
