I also can’t matchmake. My rank should be Hero or Legend, not Inheritor.
Edit: I can get into online games now, just my rank/progress/Cr is heavily inflated from what it should be. Commendations are 100%.

Sounds like you got matched with a modder and didn’t quit out of the game, I have heard that it’s possible for such things to happen even if you do not engage in the pathetic act of modding yourself.
I doubt there is any recourse for you here but rank means nothing in this game so don’t worry about it too much. My only concern would be other players that may report you for tampering if they realize that your commendation progress vs. games played don’t even come close to adding up.
Also edit : the servers have been really messed up lately so I’m sure whatever matchmaking problems you’re having have nothing to do with your current dilemma.
