As Reach edges closer to XB1, and a lot of what I see on the forums are people comparing reach to halo 5, do you think Halo 5’s fledgling player base will be hit by people going to play halo reach again? Or will it stay the same?
It still seems like people prefer Bungie’s Halo game rather than 343’s.

maybe just this is just me here fanboying bungie; but their last game of a series they loved, I feel they put the heart and soul of halo into it, it just had a feel to it that i cannot describe. 343i came along and firstly introducing the TU update and i think they changed a dynamic that didnt need changed, just to make their mark. 343i’s halo’s are good, but it hasn’t got that halo feeling for me

Reach and MCC. I don’t enjoy Halo 5, it’s just not fun.

I played a lot of Reach. I had a noble account and a forerunner account and played a lot of MLG. I loved Reach.
Ive been playing H5 for a month now. There are a lot of problems but despite that the game has the potential to be great.
I understand all you reach kids are stuck on a dead game but come on. Be open minded and hop off of Reach.
(Its also stated by many that Reach ruined Halo)

I agree. I’ve been playing halo 5 since launch, and its kinda lot its fun factor already. Halo 5 has good things but it doesn’t feel like halo. Reach felt like the build up to all things good in halo, while halo 5 feels like a transformation to whole new game that only slightly resembles a halo game.
Halo 5 for sure. I traded in Reach a long time ago and really have no interest in re-purchasing it for BC. If Reach came out free for bc then yes I would probably pick it up for BC. Not sure how likely I would play it, but free is free. I enjoyed Firefight.
what do you think the results will be when you ask in the halo reach forums where mostly the halo reach fans will be. for a truly honest answer ask in the halo general forums.
Literally every Halo fan I know has stopped playing 5 already, they’re all waiting for Reach and I’m right there with them.
