I have not been able to earn any achievements nor progression in any of my career stats since launch. I can level up just fine, but i can’t change my clan tag or unlock any nameplates. Really frustrating

This requires you to delete contents in your c:/windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts file
follow the guy’s instructions he legit solved my problem. After restarting i got achievements to pop up, though not as much as i thought
