Anybody else not getting kills counted towards their challenges in match made Reach firefight?

Depends, what challenges are you asking? For me, it seems to count the 50 kills per game, but not the specific kill type. If that makes sense.

I did mine today and it worked fine.

I noticed that for the light infantry challenge but it worked in custom firefight

There is a difference in Reach Firefight and ODST Firefight in matchmaking:

Reach Firefight

  • kills don’t count towards the PvE challenges (except for the firefight specific one where you have to get 50 kills in 1 FF match)
  • medals do count towards your matchmaking medal chest

ODST Firefight:

  • kills do count for the PvE challenges
  • medals don’t count towards your medal chest (neither matchmaking nor custom games medal chest)

I hope they will fix this, so that both ones will have both the kills ánd the medals count. But as of now, this is how it is.
If you want to have your kills counted in Reach Firefight towards the PvE challenges, you need to play Custom Reach Firefight and not matchmaking.
