Every time i put in my reach disk and try to play it, I will be immediately get kicked off xbox live and thus am unable to play mulitiplayer. I am most sure i haven’t been banned as i never got a message saying so. I’ve had this problem for about 8 months now. I’m almost certain its not my internet or xbox as I haven’t edited my xbox and I can use my internet on other games including halo4. I’ve tried deleting everything in my xbox storage(pertaining to reach) in case or corrupt files, but I still get instantly kicked off live. If someone knows whats going on, that be a big help. thx.
Have you tried downloading the game off of Games on Demand to youre hard drive (if you are one of the few who don’t have a hard drive)?
I’ve had that problem in the past, however it was more of a Hardware issue, and i do not think you have that problem. OP, try and do this:
- Get a CAT Cable and plug it into the xbox.
- Play 1 match of slayer make the game go fast
- Once you completed the match, unplug your CAT cable
- After pulling the plug, wait 1 minute see it anything happens. (If it disconnects, then it could possibly be the network driver in the xbox)
- After 1 minute, play another slayer match, going wifi.
- Keep a close eye on the connection. If you make it through the match, the i’m guessing it was the server that was kicking your out or something. (I would have to personally visualize the problem to confirm it, but try out what i said).
If you can, report back to me with results.
