Hey everyone, I have an Xbox 1 and Xbox 360 and play halo reach on my 360 all the time, but when I want to play it on my Xbox 1 it says I am not connected and that I am offline, but my console is connected to my wifi it’s just that the actual game is not, I go to network settings and it only says local play, I can not change it to online. Can anyone help me fix this problem? Thank you
Have you tried hard resetting your console? If not, give it a try. (hold down the power button until your console turns off)
And the other thing you can try, is to press the “start” and “select” of the controller as you are in reach, it should give you the 360 menu. From there, try to connect to xbox live.

YOU ARE MY HERO! that worked! I pressed connect to online and it asked me to sign in and at first it said error with some numbers and letters when I typed my password in but after I tried it again it worked! Thank you so much !!! I really appreciate it !
