Hello, I recently acquired Reach credits validating hidden terminals of Halo: Anniversary in Halo waypoint.
The application validates the acquisition of my Credits (7000 for each and 30,000 for the 11th), but when I go to my profile on Halo Reach, it’s like that I never received them.
Because of the large amount of credits, I wonder if it’s possible that a costumer support agent can manually add them on my profile or put me in relation to a person who can. (Check my profile to see the validates terminals)

Did you note down how many credits you had before & after doing the terminals?
You aren’t notified of getting these credits, they are simply added on in-game.
Also, if you were credit capped when these credits added on them played a game, it will have removed the credits from your account as you were over the cap.

I have buy Halo Reach after the validating of thoses terminals. So I never had more of the 8k that I have now.
The price of the terminals is notified on Waypoint but they never was added in-game.
did you put in the code after every terminal? plus i cant get mine to acknowledge that the terminals are unlocked
The code of each terminal. I’ve unlocked the 11th terminal too.

My problem is on Waypoint, not on Reach.
