After re-downloading the specialization priority alpha unlock it is not working after I enter the game. I have also cleared my cache.

The Specialization Priority Alpha unlock is no longer needed as all specializations have already been unlocked for all players. To enlist in each Specialization you must continue to level up your SR rank.
