I had redeemed my promotional code for the “Fangs” emblem on November 12, 2021. But when I opened the game, the emblem is only applicable in the Nameplate slot, and it does not show up as an option for the Armor emblem, weapon emblem, or vehicle emblem slot. The Razer website also advertised that it could be equipped in these places too, as they have a screenshot of the emblem applied to the chestplate of the Mark VII armor. I talked to Halo support and they said to talk to Razer support since it’s an issue with a promotional item. I talked to Razer support and they said to talk to Halo support since it’s an issue with an in-game item, not an actual Razer product. No one has helped me for two months, and I can’t afford to buy another mouse just to get another emblem code to see if it will work the second time. Is there anything anyone can do to help me with this issue? I am stuck between a rock and a hard place and Halo support is ignoring my requests for help here. Thanks in advance.
I’m honestly not sure as it was my understanding from the website that the only thing you got was an armour emblem and not a nameplate, weapon/vehicle sticker.
Have a look at the Razer website, it clearly states that you only get the Fangs armour emblem for the mouse. You don’t get anything else.

Well a week or two ago, I saw someone in a CTF game who had both the nameplate and the armor emblem equipped to his spartan, so idk why I didn’t get both but he did.
What did the nameplate look like exactly as I think there is a nameplate that looks similar but is a store item that you have to buy to get it.
The Fangs emblem had the snake in the circle and the nameplate was black with green snakes on the right side. And the one you’re referring to I believe is Greenhorn. The emblem for that is a green Spartan helmet in a triangle, but it still has green snakes on a black background for the actual nameplate. Rn I am using the Greenhorn emblem for my armor, weapons, and vehicle, as I don’t have Fangs in those slots.
I don’t know I’m afraid. I’ve tried looking to find some references to it and literally can’t find anything about the emblem so I couldn’t tell you.
Based on the Razer website, it gives me the impression it doesn’t exist or was removed from the game as it only mentions the armour emblem and not a nameplate.
I could send pictures of the nameplates and emblems through Discord if you would like to further message me there, I don’t have image permissions on this forum yet. Other than that I guess I will have to keep the ticket alive with Halo support and see what else can be done with that route.

So I would say continue to pursue it with halo support as I think the redemption was bugged and you should have received the armor emblem in addition to the nameplate.
Dude, you are a lifesaver. I knew I thought I was missing something and I’m so happy to officially have confirmation on it. The link says the armor emblem isnt available even though I’ve seen people with it on before. Yet I think I agree about the weapon/vehicle ones, since I don’t think I’ve seen anybody have those equipped.
Should I make another support ticket? Or maybe I’d have to buy a second mouse to get the armor emblem? This isn’t a unique issue, either. I know of several other friends who redeemed the code, but did not get the armor emblem. Which is weird cause I’ve seen it in game before…
Hopefully someone on here can confirm if and how they’ve received the armor emblem.
If no one else has, perhaps the code just granted the nameplate after all. It wouldn’t be the first time that a cosmetic promised on a halo infinite promotion differs from the actual unlock.
Failing that, maybe contact the player who you saw with it over Xbox live and ask them how they got it?
They said that they just got codes from a friend as a gift, I guess the friend just bought the mouse and didnt want the code so they gave it to him. But I know so many other friends who got the code and only got the nameplate.
I’ll try to make a ticket or maybe cry to a 343 dev on twitter about it, hopefully I can get some progress done this time.

Apparently the only thing we can do is open a support ticket, got a reply stating that they will forward this to the developer to look in to it, hopefully there are enough tickets to get this solved.

It’s baffling how this issue still has not been resolved as they continue to still sell the Razer Deathadder V2. Please 343i fix this issue!
I got an email asking if my issue was resolved with season 2 update but it wasn’t, hopefully they still looking in to it.

Razer seems to have fooled us for buy a product that falsely advertised an in-game item that doesnt seem to appear for everyone who bought the mouse. I own all of the Halo Infinite Peripherals, yet I didnt get the Armor Emblem just the Nameplate. Its the same for Oscillation Emblem I had when Halo Infinite released, and now its glitched and I cannot equip it. I know of another player who has the same issue with that Armor Emblem (Oscillation).
