Rarest Armour In-Game

The obvious answer is the HCS armour as it was only available for limited time. And is no longer available this must make it the rarest armour in the game. As far as rarest skins go that goes to the 343 skins as very few have them

Definitely the 343 skins. They dont look that cool but they are certainly the rarest.
