Almost every time I’ve picked a Rare REQ Boost item (ie. RP Boost and XP Boost) before Warzone, it would get stuck on the loading screen just before the match starts (with the black screen, loading circle on bottom right) and I would have to restart the game completely. As soon as I’d log back in, it would show that I’ve already used that item, which I didn’t. All internet connections and servers were online.
You will get those boosts back. The black screen is caused by the voices of war pack. Unfortunately I had to go back to Palmer to solve the problem. 343 is aware of the issue, but no word on progress.
