Rare Random Vehicle REQ Bug

I’m having issues in War Zone where I cannot spawn a gun/vehicle. We are at max REQ Level and I have enough REQ energy, but nothing spawns and I’m stuck with the AR and Pistol.

I’ve noticed this starts when I try to redeem my random Rare Vehicle or Rare Power Weapon cards. After that point, I cannot use my REQ cards and it carries over into the next match even.

I’ve had this happen too. It always happens to me when my internet connection in on the fritz. Typically it’s a sign that I’m lagging.
